Let me tell you a little bit about our #surferstrong challenge and this whole #surferstrong concept ;)
First off, you don't need to be a surfer to feel the #surferstrong results this 6 week wholistic challenge has to offer.
Your body will start to feel #surferstrong over the next 6 weeks with our accessible and approachable online workouts. Five days a week you will get video workouts by me that are core focused, include balance, strength, cardio, and mobility all with little to no equipment. Did I mention our workouts are designed with variations that are suitable for all levels of fitness? We also include weekly yoga practices from our local Hawaiian experts as a supplement to your workouts to keep your body strong and flexible!
We practice building a #surferstrong mindset each week as you complete a guided meditation from our local Hawaiian experts and tune into our audio mindset exercises followed by some reflection exercises.
This challenge can really be a transformative experience in your life. The best part about our fitness challenge is that the benefits don't run out once the 6 weeks is over. Working out and moving your body become as much of a part of your day as brushing your teeth. Your eating habits improve. Energy levels improve. You will feel more positive, empowered and motivated. You will become more mindful and aware of your own limiting beliefs and work towards overcoming them. All around, you’ll be… STOKED AND SWELL!
