MEET YOUR COACH & HOST, MALLORY CHAPMAN
"I am SO excited you are checking out my online wellness program! Let me tell you a little bit more about who I am and my background.
I have been in the wellness industry since 2009 and a surfer since 2006. My philosophy in life is simple... live freely, live fully, live up to your fullest potential.
Before I worked in the wellness industry, I graduated with a degree in Criminology with a minor in Psychology. I worked as a counsellor in the justice system for 6 years and in corporate leadership for 2 years. The common theme in all of these years has been to simply help others regardless if it were in a prison as a counsellor, an executives office or at a gym. It wasn't until 2014 did I really start to pursue my passion and purpose. I decided to leave my corporate life and counselling career to pursue my dream of opening up a boutique fitness studio. I was the first person in Western Canada to open up a SURFSET studio and really pioneer this #surferstrong movement.
The ocean and surfing taught me so many invaluable lessons that got me through the toughest of times on a personal and business level. I learnt how to see failure as an opportunity, to let go of the uncontrollable, what it means to truly commit, to find playfulness in movement, be confident and in the moment... just to name a few. It's an absolute dream to empower men and women to apply the very lessons I learned on the water in their daily lives.
The importance of building a program that not only is programmed well from a fitness perspective but incorporates the mindset work is critical. I have had my own personal battles with body image. Having been impacted by the media and different influencers, combined with being bullied, I developed an eating disorder and an unhealthy relationship with food and exercise in my early teens. It is a daily Practice building up a healthy relationship with your body and mind. Just like surfing, it is a daily practice of committing to paddling out not knowing what mother nature will decide to hand you that day.
I understand the struggles we all experience when it comes to our confidence, our worth, our motivation and sustainability with health. I am simply here to give you the tools and support where we can Practice tapping into our #surferstrong selves.
So here we are.
To date, I've helped over 8000 men and women in their health journey and many more ahead. My diverse background in counselling, leadership development, business, surfing and wellness gave me the experience needed to make an impact in this world in an sustainable and approachable way.
I can't wait to work with you in this Practice and build up this #surferstrong movement!

Forever! As long as you don't "unsubscribe" or unenrol you can access these workouts anywhere, anytime!
We have a lot of awesome options we'd love to share with you! This was really just a preview of what we do at Swellness, if you're looking for more accountability, a community of like minded people, new workouts and even yoga, mindset, meditation practices then look at our Challenges and The Full Practice! We offer 6 week challenges that Mallory checks in with you on our private app everyday! We also offer The Full Practice or the Practice Light which again are great options if you're just looking to follow along a program on your own at your convenience without schedules or timelines.
